The Book Thief

If you only read one book, may I suggest The Book Thief. I'm not normally a tearjerker fan, but this one is magnificent. The emotions are so raw you feel like you're there. The Book Thief is the story of a young german girl whose life is changed by a father, a friend, and a secret of life and Death. The reason I capitalized the "D" is that the narrator is... well, Death.

I really want you to read this one. There is a movie, but it's not as good. If you read it, please get back to me with your 10/5 star rating. If you don't read it, shame on you!!! I think it would be a wonderful family book.
